​These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  Before placing an order on the Website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked ‘I Accept’. If you do not click on the button, you will not be able to complete your order.

ALLERGIES

Please make us aware of any allergies or intolerance’s when ordering. You can also view ingredient information here.

DELIVERY

All orders made before 5pm Monday – Friday we will aim to send out within 2 working days, however on busier periods this can extend to up to 3 working days.

All orders are sent out by Hermes delivery service and will be tracked.

Please allow 2-4 days (inc Sat) for your delivery to be made.

If you have not received your order within 8 days of your initial order please contact us via email:

sales@sweet-me.co.uk where we can provide you with any tracking information we hold.

​If you provide the wrong address details please contact us via email: sales@sweet-me.co.uk as soon as possible, unfortunately once the order has been shipped we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

REFUND/RETURN

Due to health and safety we do not accept any returns except in the case of where your order is incorrect or damaged. In this case please contact us first via email: sales@sweet-me.co.uk. Return orders must not be opened and should remain sealed.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

Sometimes certain products or sweets maybe out of stock. We try to keep the website up to date as much as we can but on the odd occasion that we have not updated the website in time this may allow for out of stock products to be ordered. If this is just one or two sweet types on your order then we will replace these sweets with another similar sweet to prevent delays on delivery. If it is more than two sweets or a whole product we will contact you at our earliest convenience to make other arrangements or we will cancel the order and refund you (you will be notified of this).
