All orders made before 5pm Monday – Friday we will aim to send out within 2 working days, however on busier periods this can extend to up to 3 working days. 

All orders are sent out by Evri or Royal Mail delivery service and will be tracked.

Please allow 2-4 days (inc Sat) for your delivery to be made.

If you have not received your order within 8 days of your initial order please contact us via email: 

sales@sweet-me.co.uk where we can provide you with any tracking information we hold and contact the courier.

Unfortunately, due to the items ordered being non-usable once sent out we cannot offer refunds. If your item is damaged or incorrect then please get in touch and we will help to rectify this.

Unfortunately, once we send out our items we cannot control the journey your parcel takes. We try our best to securely package your sweets but on some occasions packaging can get damaged. If your item is damaged please email: sales@sweet-me.co.uk letting us know what has happened. You will also need to send photos of the following:

  • The outside of the parcel packaging
  • The inside of the parcel packaging (any bubble wrap or protective paper)
  • Your item and anywhere you can see damage

Once you have sent these photos we can contact the courier to request compensation and in the meantime we will replace your order for you and have it resent as soon as possible. It is likely we will also send you a postage label to send the damaged item back to us including its contents.

Once your parcel has been with the courier for longer than 7 days from when they collected it, then we can contact them to begin a case. After this they will try to locate the parcel. If the parcel is not found then we will make a claim for your parcel and we will send you out a replacement as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that once we ship the item the parcels journey becomes out of our control so we can only try and rectify any delivery problems as soon as we possibly can, but please be patient with us while we deal with the courier company.

Sometimes certain products or sweets maybe out of stock. We try to keep the website up to date as much as we can but on the odd occasion that we have not updated the website in time this may allow for out of stock products to be ordered. If this is just one or two sweet types on your order then we will replace these sweets with another similar sweet to prevent delays on delivery. If it is more than two sweets or a whole product we will contact you at our earliest convenience to make other arrangements or we will cancel the order and refund you (you will be notified of this).

There is a really simple and easy solution to this… Please weigh the bag/box! We assure you that all of our sweets are weighed before they are packaged and sent out to you, in fact we often slightly over weigh the bags.

Depending on the packaging of your sweets – gift box / bag, the sweets can be presented differently (they might be packed to the top or could have some space left over) but they will always weigh the right amount.

It also depends on the type of sweets you have, for example when we order a 3kg bag of bon-bons vs a 3kg worth of mallow hearts the bag sizes are very different, the marshmallows bag is a lot bigger and that’s because bon-bons weigh more than marshmallows! Our sweets are weighed when they are prepared and then weighed again when they are packaged and ready to be shipped, so rest assure you are getting the right weight of sweets that you paid for we promise!
